This tutorial will show you how to create email templates with RealEstateCRM.io.
Creating Email templates is a really useful feature that allows you to save time and create email marketing templates. They also allow you to save emails so you usually send to a new lead or during the different steps of the selling stage where you may have to send some regular emails to your client or prospect. For this type of frequency, your email templates will help you in the automation process so you won’t have to manually send your emails. To save you time and be more efficient. What you can do is to create an email template and then you can reuse it with your prospect and contact.

Creating Email Templates
1. You can start by directly accessing the menu on the left side panel and click “Email Templates” under the “Marketing” tab.
2. On the “Email Templates” tab you can see the “Company Templates”, “My Templates”, and “Global Templates”. Under the “My Templates” are the ones which you have created. The “Global Templates” are the ones which are provided by the application.
3. To create a new template, click the “Create Button”.
4. Then you can fill in the information needed. The first step is to name our email template. It’s good to add a specific name for the email template. You can name it by topic, or specific audience or criteria. Then fill in the “Subject”.
5. In the email body, you can type in your text or you can also copy and paste, and you can use the editor to format your text. You can also add variables. This will allow you to give a personalized feel to your emails by putting in the details of your recipients. Then you can add the body of your message. You don’t need to add your signature because if you’ve already configured your signature into the system, your signature will automatically appear when you send an email. Once you’re good, click “Save”.
Using Your Email Templates
6. In order to use your email templates, go back to the “Home” page and then under your “Actions” tab for your contacts, click on the “Email” button.
7. Choose template, then select the one you just created. It will now appear automatically. Below the email body are the variables which you can add to make your email more customized. You can simply copy and paste the variable in order to modify your email and once you updated the fields, you can now click “Send”.
Creating Marketing Emails Using the Email Builder
8. If you have an access to the Email builder, you can create marketing emails using it. Simply click the “Create” button on the “Email Templates” tab.
9. Then click “Email Builder”.
10. So in the Email builder you can see that we have a more visual interface. Again, we start by naming our email template. We wanna make sure that it’s easy to identify and easy to distinguish from our other email templates. Also, put in the Subject Title. Try to make it appealing in order to entice our readers and prospects.
11. For the email body, you can drag and drop sections of your email. You can also upload a photo so you can select and you can update and resize it.
12. You can also preview how it will look like on-screen by clicking the buttons at the top-left.
Directly Putting a Listing
13. Another interesting feature which you can add is directly putting a listing. Simply drag the “Listing” feature from the left and drop on the body, then select your listing by doing a search. The listings are posted based on the reference number and you can also choose the language.
14. Once you’ve chosen your listing, it will now appear in the Email body. You will see that it automatically pull the information that you have set aside on this listing and it will be included on your template.
15. It is also possible to add more than one listings. You can do this by adding a “Listing Mosaic” and this will present a selection of listings. Then you can just select properties which you want to include. And they will automatically appear on your template.
16. You can continue by adding sections like a textbox. You can add in a message and some contact details for example. And hit save once you’re done. If you assign this template to another user or team member, they will also see it.
17. Another thing you can add is a quote, so you can put that in the Email Body.
18 Another feature which is a bit more technical is the ability to personalize the information when you click the “gear” button. You can further customize it as you wish. But if you’re good, you can now hit Save.
Previewing Your Email Template
19. Now that you’re done creating your email template, you can view how it looks like by clicking the “Preview” button.
