Setting up your account

1. Once you’ve received an invitation link to access your realestatecrm.io, you can click the link and you’ll be directed to the page where you’ll activate your account. Type in your email address, password, and confirm password, then click the “SUBMIT” button.

2. Once you’re done, you’ll be directed to setup your profile. Here, you can setup your first name, last name, title, department. You can also add links to your social media networks and upload your profile picture. Once you’ve updated it, click the “Save” button.

3. From there, you’ll see that you now have full access to your account. The next step will be to set up your account. Click your profile picture from the top-right part of your dashboard and click the “Account” section. Here, you can see more information and details about your account.

4. You can make several changes to the settings and you can add further information on your profile. You can click each tab depending on the settings you want to change (Profile, Preferences, Email Settings, Change Password, Notification Settings, API KEY). We will explore each tab.

5. In the “Profile” tab, you can make changes to your personal settings like Name, Address, and other information. Don’t forget to click save.

6. In the “Preferences” tab, you can make other changes including the theme, date format, language, time zone, and other information. Don’t forget to click save.

Email Settings

Changing Your Password

8. In the “Change Password” tab, you can change your password however you like. Don’t forget to click save.

Notification Settings

9. In the “Notification Settings”, you can change how you want to receive notifications. By default, you can receive browser and email notifications. You can choose to turn them off by ticking off the checkbox. Don’t forget to click save.
