Listings management is one of the key features of realestatecrm.io. It allows you to manage all your listings and properties in one place. Watch the video below for the tutorial:
Listings Management
Creating your listing
1. When you log into your account, you’ll see the “Listings” dashboard which will show all the properties and information about them. You can access all the listings by clicking the “Listing Management” on the left sidebar for the dropdown to show. Then click “Listings”.
2. You can create a new listing by clicking the “Add Listing” button found at the top-right part of the Listings page.
3. You can then fill in the fields with the necessary information of your listing like Status, Category, Tenure, Property type, and more. Don’t forget to click the “Save & Next” button.
Locations Tab
4. Next, you can select the location. In this example, we will create a listing in Dubai so we just need to fill out all of the fields in the “Location” tab. Make sure that you also fill out the correct Latitude and Longitude of your listing. Once you added that, click the “Locate” button and it will automatically be pinned to the exact address. It is important for your listing to be pinned to the right address as it will also be seen by your clients. Once done, click the “Save & Next” button.
Financial Tab
5. Next is the tab for the “Financial” Information. Here we will set up the price and it’s either the rental price or the selling price of the property. Fill out all the fields with the correct information and don’t forget to click “Save & Next”.
Description Tab
6. Next is the “Description” tab. The Description contains a headline that basically summarizes your listing’s property. Fill out the “Headline” and “Description” field with the relevant information. You can also highlight important words about your listing in the “Tags” section. Once done, click “Save & Next”.
Layout Tab
7. Next is the “Layout” tab where you can add more information about your listing like the Interior, Exterior and Unit Type. Fill in the necessary information and click “Save & Next”.
Features Tab
8. Next is the “Features” tab where you can add the Services and Amenities of your listing. Fill in the necessary information and click “Save & Next”.
Medias Tab
9. Next is the “Medias” tab where you can add the images and videos of your listing. It’s one of the main highlights of our listing so we have to make sure that there are good quality photos. So you can select multiple photos and once it’s uploaded you can add captions to each photo. If you want to remove a photo just click the “trash” icon at the top right part of the photo.
10. Another interesting feature that you can add is video. You no longer need to upload it but it will be embedded from the Youtube link that you’ll paste on the field then click the “Upload” button and the video will automatically appear. Aside from the photos and videos, you can also upload files from Google Drive. Once you’re done, click the “Next” button to save your settings.
Settings Tab
11. Next, you have the “Settings” tab for the additional settings like the Date, Publish Status, Owner, and more. Don’t forget to click the “Save & View” button.
Viewing Your Listing
12. From there, you can successfully see your listing as well as all the photos and information that you just added. Once you’ve added your listing, the great thing is you can share this link directly to your clients on liberty. You can share it via email or social media. You can also mark it as featured listing by clicking the heart icon. You can also add it to your list.
13. Now that you created your new listing, let’s go back to the main listings page. You can see all your listings there and sort or filter your listing depending on the setting that you want. You can also change your view into map view, mosaic view or the normal/listing view.
