Webform is a module accessible via the menu in the marketing section.

Webform allows you to generate a form with a unique URL or that can be integrated in any website.

What can you do with web form?

• Create form for
  • Contact (create a new contact from the form)
  • Lead (create a new lead from the form)
  • Event (available for lead and contact) if checked, it will allow creating an event (ex, meeting request)
  • Feedback (create a review/feedback with a rating for a user or property from the form)
  • Ticket (create a support ticket from a form)

How to create and configure a Form?

• Name your form
• Select the module you want your form is linked with
• Content
  • The title of your form will appear on top
  • Text before the form
  • Text after the form
  • Event: if checked, it will show new tab where you can set the calendar, meeting times and timeslot possible to book)
• Fields
  • Select the fields and make them mandatory or not
  • Configure the hidden fields (ex-campaign related, to who the record will be assigned)
• Style
  • Background color
  • Border color
  • Input
• Code
  • The generated code to insert into your website
  • the unique URL link
  • the QR Code
