Opportunity-Listings matching is a feature allowing you to automatically match listings based on “opportunity criteria”.
You can configure the criteria for “Matched listings” in Listings->Settings->Match Property settings

HOW DOES IT WORK WITH OPPORTUNITIES ?
In Opportunity details, you are able to see the Matched listings in the section “Listings”, “Matched”
Note that only listings for active opportunities will be matched.
An active opportunity is an opportunity with a stage that is NOT “Closed Lost “or “Closed Won” and with an expected close date not in the past.
How the listings are matched:
- Criteria: budget with the margin location with radius, bedroom(s) and bathroom(s) and property type
MAKE A PROPOSAL AND SHARE IT WITH YOUR CLIENTS
You have the ability to share with your clients your matched listings and the listings you have added manually.
- Select the listings you want to propose and click the button “Add proposal”
- Switch to the “Proposed” section and select the listings you want to share
- You can then send those listings by email clicking on “Send” or generate a unique link by clicking “Share” it will generate a mini-website with your selection
Based on the feedback of your client, you can then select the listings your client is interested in and click the button “Mark as Interested“.
So you got a short-list of listings that your clients want to visit and you can focus your attention on that to close this opportunity and make a deal.
HOW DOES IT WORK WITH LISTINGS?
In listing/property details, you can switch to the section “Opportunities”, there you can see all opportunities that match with this listing and so you can follow up.
